GEAR WELL CLEANING

Done in several stages and with the utmost care to ensure components are not damaged, our gear well cleaning service brings your aircraft back to a like-new appearance.

OEM approved products are used to thoroughly clean your aircraft’s gear well areas, thus ensuring all that’s left behind are clean and easily identifiable parts. And since no pressure washers or water are used, the entire interior surface of the gear well is hand wiped providing a further layer of safety to ensure mechanical parts are not disturbed during the service.

DE-ICE BOOT REFURBISHMENT

Just like their metal cousins, de-ice boots require care to ensure their appearance and useful life can be extended as much as possible. Using a multi-step process that first removes old buildup, the boot surface is cleaned multiple times before several new layers of sealant are applied. The result is a boot that not only looks new, but has a deep shine that will make your ramp neighbours envious.

BRIGHTWORK - METAL POLISHING

Designed to remove scratches, pitting, and hazing from your aircraft metal surfaces, this multistage process not only removes these items but will leave your metal with a deep, mirror-like shine.

Done in several steps, the entire process begins by determining your aircraft’s condition and includes an inspection of ALL metal surfaces including spinner heads, engine inlets, vertical stabiliser, and wing surfaces.

Following the inspection, your aircraft is protected from flying debris by covering over windows, static wicks and ports with plastic sheeting and tarps. As soon as the aircraft is prepped, high-speed buffers and various grades of polishing compound are used to remove built up corrosion and oxidation that have made their way into the metal’s surface. Repeated three to five times (as determined by condition), every water spot, scratch, and pit is removed leaving behind a flawless, mirror-like finish.
